Meet Pediatrician Dr. Hoff in Surprise, AZ

Born and raised in Arizona, Beth Hoff, D.O., FAAP is committed to serving the children in Arizona through her service as a Pediatrician. She completed her undergraduate with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona. Dr. Hoff graduated from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003 and completed her residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus Ohio. She has worked in the Surprise area since graduating the residency program in 2006. She established Arizona Kids Pediatrics in early 2017, allowing her the opportunity to give back to her home state by helping children in the community grow into healthy young adults.

Dr. Hoff currently resides in Surprise with her husband and 2 kids. She is actively involved in the community through her kid’s activities. She enjoys watching her daughter dance competitively on stage and her son compete in his Karate tournaments. She loves anything Disney. In her free time, she loves to read, watch movies, listen to music, bake, and do crystal paint by number artwork.

Nicole Klunk, PNP

Nicole is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner originally from Wisconsin. Nicole moved to Arizona in 2007 and lived in Sedona, AZ. She then moved to Phoenix, AZ, to attend Chamberlain University and graduated with a BSN in nursing in 2017 and her MSN in 2021, specializing in pediatrics. She believes in taking the time to truly listen and understand patient and parental concerns, with an emphasis on mental health, alongside forming trusting relationships and providing comprehensive, meaningful care.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. She also enjoys coaching her children’s sports with her husband, cooking, music, playing sports, ice skating, and anything art-related.
